Our Vision
John West
John West, originally from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, has dedicated more than four decades to Church ministry. He completed his theological education at Selborne Park Christian Church’s Bible School in 1984 and was ordained in 1989. John and Melissa were married in 1985, and they have been blessed with three children and two grandchildren.
Throughout his life, John has served in various churches across Africa and has traveled extensively worldwide. He actively contributed to Church planting efforts in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Mauritius – among other countries. Additionally, he played a role in organizing conferences for pastors and leaders in over 20 countries globally.
After relocating to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in 2017, John and Melissa moved to Edmonton in 2022. His genuine desire and passion center around restoring and reviving the Church of Jesus Christ in the present era, empowering it to have a meaningful impact in the community.
