North Edmonton Christian Fellowship is led by an oversight team of elders.
The elders serve as a unified team, working together to oversee, shepherd, teach, and direct the church. Through a shared commitment to humility, prayer, and the study of God’s Word, the elders seek to lead with one heart and mind. This plurality of elders brings a strong level of accountability, providing protection and encouragement for both the leadership team and the church body.
We believe that the Lord has called us to lead in unity, and that this model of shared leadership reflects His guidance for our church. As we seek Him together, we trust that He is continuing to do a new work among His people.
