All volunteers and leaders working directly with children and youth have completed vulnerable sector checks and follow church child safety policies.

Children will be supervised at all times during programming.

Age groups may be divided for certain activities to provide age-appropriate learning and engagement.

Games and activities are planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting.

Please apply sunscreen to your child before arrival each day.

We recommend sending:

• a water bottle

• a hat

• comfortable clothing and running shoes suitable for active games

A snack will be provided each afternoon.

Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns during registration.

Children may also bring their own labeled water bottle (although water will be available throughout the afternoon)

Parents/guardians are responsible for signing children in and out each day.

Please notify program leaders if someone different will be picking up your child.
