To better allow us to prepare for activities and snacks, we request that you register. The registration deadline for each camp is one week prior to the start date.

We will strive to be outdoors as much as possible during our camps, but it is weather-dependant. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately. Hats and sunscreen, or hoodies and long pants may be required for that day. Water will be provided. 

We will provide a peanut-free snack during the afternoon. If your child has any other dietary restrictions, please send them with their own labelled snack.

We strive to provide a safe environment for everyone.  Each person who works with our children must:

– Pass an application process

– Go through our policy and procedure training and our Kids Ministry helper and/or teacher training

– Have a cleared Vulnerable Sector Check

– Complete our Foundations of the Faith course and read through our Doctrinal Statement
